Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Olivia
a nutritional therapist and therapeutic breathwork facilitator and the founder of Olea Alignment — a space dedicated to helping people reconnect with their bodies, restore balance and live with deeper alignment.
My journey into wellness began through my own long experience with chronic health challenges. Studying Nutritional Therapy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine transformed my physical health, but it also revealed something deeper: true healing goes beyond food. As my body began to heal, I became aware of the emotional and nervous-system patterns that had quietly shaped my wellbeing for years.
I was born with a hand difference — missing three fingers on my left hand — and spent much of my life striving, overworking and staying busy as a way of avoiding parts of myself that didn’t feel safe to acknowledge. As my physical health improved, I began to see how deeply self-acceptance, emotional healing and nervous-system regulation were connected — not only to my sense of wholeness, but to my symptoms themselves. This realisation led me to breathwork, somatic practices and eventually to training with Bali Breathwork.
Today, I blend personalised nutritional therapy with trauma-informed breathwork to offer a truly integrated approach to wellbeing. I’ve supported over 80 clients experiencing gut issues, hormonal imbalances, fatigue, stress and burnout — helping them understand their bodies, regulate their nervous systems and feel safe within themselves again. My work is grounding, warm and deeply human, holding space for regulation, emotional release and reconnection.
Alongside one-to-one support, I also host workshops, circles and breathwork events that invite people to slow down, reconnect and come back into relationship with their bodies and one another.

Nutritional therapy is a personalised, whole-person approach to health. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all diet or focusing on restriction, it looks at your unique body, lifestyle, symptoms and goals to understand what your body is really asking for.
We explore areas such as digestion, energy, hormones, stress, sleep and emotional wellbeing and use food, lifestyle support and gentle supplementation to address root causes, not just symptoms. The aim isn’t perfection or control, but to help you feel more balanced, nourished and connected to your body in a way that is sustainable long-term.

Therapeutic breathwork is a guided, embodied practice that uses conscious breathing to support your nervous system, emotional wellbeing and mind–body connection.
Unlike simple breathing exercises or meditation, therapeutic breathwork allows you to gently access stored stress and emotion held in the body, creating space for release, clarity and regulation. Sessions are guided in a safe, supportive way and may include periods of breathing, rest, reflection and integration.
Each session is different, and experiences can range from deeply calming and grounding to emotionally releasing. You are always in control, and the intention is to help you feel more present, regulated and connected to yourself.

No — you can begin with either nutritional therapy or breathwork, depending on what feels most supportive for you right now. Some clients choose to work with one modality, while others find that combining both offers a deeper, more integrated approach to healing and regulation. We can always explore what feels most aligned during a discovery call.

Depending on the service, sessions may include conversation, assessment, guided breathwork, practical tools and time for reflection and integration. Each session is tailored to you, and nothing is ever forced — you are always in control of your experience.

No. I am a qualified nutritional therapist and therapeutic breathwork facilitator, but I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. My work is intended to complement, not replace, medical care and I’m happy to work alongside other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
